- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase referral business.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
- Negotiate contracts and track sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology departments to execute business development initiatives.
- Manage incoming calls and assist with inquiries while documenting needs in CRM.
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain account ownership.
- Provide financial analyses and long-range forecasting for potential partnerships.
