Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management.
- Experience in fintechs, acquirers, or sub-acquirers.
- Proven experience with card payment products.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments market, regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience building business cases to justify innovations in financial products.
- Experience with large databases and analytics.
- Knowledge of P&L creation and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Moderate SQL skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and strategy of Acquiring and Sub-Acquiring products to ensure efficiency, performance, and growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial ecosystem partners including banks, regulators, and technology providers.
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, marketing, and business teams to align solutions with strategic objectives.
- Ensure solutions comply with Central Bank of Brazil regulations and card network guidelines.
- Analyze performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer experience.
- Create business and market analysis cases to support the financial viability and impact of proposed product innovations.
- Monitor market trends and innovations in payment products.
