Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners and contractors by phone or video
- Ask questions about the property, project, comfort needs, and budget
- Use design software to develop appropriate system recommendations
- Explain technical concepts in clear, everyday language
- Help customers compare cost, comfort, efficiency, and installation complexity
- Recommend a direction based on the customer’s priorities
- Address questions and concerns to assist customers in moving forward
- Follow up with customers and guide qualified opportunities toward purchase
- Prepare accurate design summaries for order finalization
- Balance sales results with design quality and the customer experience
