🔍 Marketing

  • 2+ Years of Hubspot sequencing, workflows and customer data management is an absolute must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and reporting of go-to market campaigns
  • Manage and maintain portions of our Hubspot CRM & customer workflows.
  • Generate and monitor UTM links for campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in executing promotional pushes.
  • Help with scheduling and monitoring seasonal marketing campaigns and keep our marketing calendar up to date.
  • Support in crafting customer communications and collaborating with Sales, Support and Marketing to send customer emails when needed.
  • Partner with Sales on building out sequences, deals workflows and reporting to help support new business growth through Hubspot.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
