Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in healthcare staffing with direct experience working with RNs.
- Experience in either Account Management or Recruitment, preferably at a high-growth startup, healthcare, or staffing company.
- Proven success in building and maintaining strategic relationships and growing a book of business.
- Knowledge of the healthcare staffing landscape and buyer types (VMS/MSP/Direct).
- Understanding of compliance criteria and Joint Commission requirements for RN professions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients to achieve a 100% retention rate.
- Meet assigned targets for growth.
- Develop new relationships that result in successful additions to the client roster.
- Gather and track client feedback to report on relationship health and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Advocate team to improve placement quantity and quality.
- Proactively identify and offer solutions to barriers for growth in accounts and placements.
