Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in telecoms provisioning, order management, or service delivery
- Hands-on experience with broadband provisioning and number porting processes
- Experience working with telecoms suppliers and managing live orders from submission to completion
- Proven ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously with high accuracy
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience communicating with customers, telecom suppliers, and internal sales teams
- Available during UK business hours
- Experience using HubSpot is a plus
Responsibilities
- Place and manage orders for telecoms services in line with customer requirements
- Track orders from submission to completion, chasing progress where needed
- Manage number porting and broadband provisioning, resolving any issues quickly
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and escalate delays where necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep orders aligned with customer expectations
- Provide updates to customers and respond to order-related queries
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and trackers
