Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or 3 years of experience in Managed Services.
- CCNP certification.
- Strong knowledge of network connectivity (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, security).
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft).
- Expertise in VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration (Cisco, SonicWall, OpenVPN, IPSec).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives.
- Provide technical services and support for LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Manage internal systems, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft core business solutions.
- Resolve escalated technical support issues related to infrastructure and remote access solutions.
- Perform network assessments, security audits, and new client consultations.
- Maintain remote monitoring and management systems, including responding to alerts and reviewing performance.
- Document maintenance procedures for computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Communicate incident progress and changes to customers.
- Coach and train site technical resources.
