Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or networking.
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Intermediate-level network troubleshooting and configuration skills (Meraki, Cisco, VPNs, switching, routing, wireless, firewalls).
- Intermediate-level Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
- Intermediate-level Azure administration including virtual machines, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, and identity services.
- Experience supporting VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V environments.
- Experience working through the full incident lifecycle from alerts to resolution and documentation.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical troubleshooting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts, events, and monitoring-system notifications.
- Research, resolve, document, and communicate internal and client incidents within defined SLA targets.
- Act as a technical escalation point for other support teams.
- Participate in major incident response, root cause analysis, and change management activities.
- Maintain diagrams, documentation, procedures, and asset information.
- Utilize PowerShell and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
