Requirements
- Hands-on practitioner experience in paid acquisition.
- Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Clear written reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously.
- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies (preferred).
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design task briefs from real paid acquisition work, defining true tests, issues, and expected decisions.
- Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and grading criteria to distinguish strong from incorrect AI responses.
- Review and judge AI agent attempts against established professional standards.
- Diagnose campaign performance, allocate budgets, and optimize web and pricing journeys.
- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.
