Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or related field of study.
- 2+ years of experience in MAS8/9 Administration and Maximo 7.x/EAM.
- Experience with OpenShift Administration and complex system implementations.
- Proficiency in Maximo Administration skills, including WebSphere 8/9 application server.
- 2+ years of experience performing database maintenance in an Oracle 19c environment.
- Knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS8) and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Working experience with IBM MAS Offerings such as MAS Manage or Transportation.
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, detail-oriented skills, and a teamwork mindset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CompTIA Security+ certification.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) within Azure-hosted and OpenShift containerized environments.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure system currency and functionality.
- Execute data imports, exports, and system configurations as required.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, optimize configurations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes according to organizational standards.
- Maintain Oracle 19c and PostgreSQL databases including monitoring and optimization tasks.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the Maximo Asset Management System.
- Provide system administration support across mixed Linux and Windows server environments.
