Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of IT project management experience, focused on delivery of IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing Real Estate/Facilities-related IT projects.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure domains (networking, end-user computing, AV, security systems).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with project management and portfolio tools (ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing).
- Ability to travel to site locations up to 20% of the time, including to the United States.
- Must be able to obtain a Canadian Enhanced Reliability security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, with emphasis on Real Estate and Facilities initiatives.
- Serve as the IT lead for office openings, consolidations, and closures.
- Coordinate IT infrastructure deployment including network, AV, end-user computing, and smart building technologies.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for IT-related facility initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, Facilities teams, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk plans.
- Contribute to standard playbooks for IT site deployments and facility integrations.
