Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
- RPH - Registered Pharmacist license.
- 10+ years of experience in Pharmacy.
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare Part D (MedD).
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong knowledge base in Medicaid PBM.
- Proven customer service and supervisory/management skills.
- Ability to maintain currency in clinical skills and pharmacotherapy.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
- State Pharmacy Licensure preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff including Clinical Services Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the MAC operations manager.
- Direct, coordinate and supervise all clinical pharmacy client activities including pharmacy benefit management solutions and services.
- Oversee, mentor and guide achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual projections based on financial and management objectives.
- Serve as SME for Clinical Services for all new business RFPs.
- Oversee, mentor and support leadership of pharmacy program implementation including new clients and product extensions.
- Design, implement, monitor and provide feedback on metrics based performance measurement tools.
- Drive marketing opportunities through market research, upsell across product lines and mentoring staff.
