Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
- Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00am-10:00pm CST.
- Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- High-energy closer mindset for a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Close personal loan applications through 1-2 calls.
- Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions.
- Identify customer financial pain points and articulate loan solutions.
- Exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commissions.
- Maintain high-energy conversations while navigating CRM tools.
