- Experience
- 2+ years experience with diagnostic assessment and therapy; 12 months minimum in a clinical setting post-licensure.
Requirements
- Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
- 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
- Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in software applications like word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Professional licensure must be maintained throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
- Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
