Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; MBA or technical master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of direct experience with pressure sensor technologies, markets, and applications.
- Deep understanding of pressure sensor development challenges and business-technology alignment.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of product portfolios and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including cost modeling and investment evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional global teams.
- Strong business communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to synthesize complex information for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for pressure sensor products.
- Champion advanced development programs and technology investments to drive product evolution.
- Monitor emerging technologies, market developments, and competitive threats.
- Drive portfolio growth through lifecycle management, standardization, and value engineering.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.
- Maintain shared accountability for portfolio profitability, revenue growth, and margin expansion.
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for customer engagements and industry partnerships.
- Conduct financial and commercial trade-off analyses to support strategic portfolio decisions.
