Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, legal operations, business analysis, process automation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when working with business processes, systems, and operational challenges.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, requirements, and solution specifications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, system configurations, or workflow solutions.
- Proficiency with productivity and documentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn and work with no-code and low-code workflow platforms.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, extracurricular, or community experiences.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote-first environment with distributed teams and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews, research, and process observations to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, requirements documents, and solution designs that translate business needs into optimized processes.
- Design, build, configure, and test automated workflows using no-code and low-code platforms.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, refine existing solutions, and adapt configurations as user and business requirements evolve.
- Act as a voice for end users, helping ensure solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Provide first-line support to business and legal users working with contract lifecycle management and legal AI platforms.
- Support data-quality activities, reporting, testing, system administration, and other operational needs.
- Facilitate workshops, client presentations, discovery sessions, and real-time problem-solving discussions.
- Manage assigned project responsibilities, monitoring timelines, scope, and budget to support successful delivery.
- Prepare client-facing reports, proposals, presentations, and supporting technical or process documentation.
