Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale IAM solutions at a Staff or senior individual-contributor level.
- Expert-level experience with Okta, including Identity Engine and API automation.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code expertise with Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- Strong Python engineering skills, developing services deployed through GCP Cloud Run or similar serverless environments.
- Deep knowledge of cloud identity within GCP and/or AWS (e.g., organization policies, workload identity federation).
- Hands-on experience governing enterprise AI platforms like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, or Google Gemini.
- Understanding of AI-specific security risks such as prompt injection and AI agent identity.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms like Lumos or ConductorOne.
- Experience working in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, SOX).
- Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable identity and access solutions, including AI agent governance, privileged access workflows, just-in-time provisioning, and least-privilege frameworks.
- Replace low-code and manual automation with engineered Python services deployed through serverless infrastructure.
- Codify identity platforms and critical configurations using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi, leading migrations from click-based administration to code.
- Re-architect identity and access across GCP and AWS environments, including resource hierarchies and workload identity federation.
- Lead identity and access engineering for enterprise AI platforms, covering SSO, SCIM, and policy enforcement.
- Pioneer non-human identity governance covering service accounts, API keys, and AI agent integrations.
- Develop technical proposals and architectural recommendations to influence engineering roadmaps.
- Mentor senior and intermediate engineers and establish modern IAM best practices.
