Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in strategy, analytics, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, AI, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives involving technology, process improvement, or data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and build stakeholder alignment without formal authority.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing innovation with sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Shape the organization’s strategy for data, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify challenges and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Build and manage a prioritized portfolio of initiatives based on organizational value and readiness.
- Strengthen metrics, reporting, and analytics to improve organizational performance.
- Develop governance practices for the ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI and data.
- Drive adoption of new tools through communication, training, and change-management activities.
- Build internal staff capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
