Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering, identity engineering, or comparable technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and operating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Proven experience leading enterprise SailPoint implementations from architecture and design through production deployment and ongoing support.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, and identity governance workflows.
- Experience designing and developing identity integrations using APIs, connectors, automation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Ability to establish technical direction while remaining close enough to the technology to guide architecture, implementation, and operational decisions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Identity Governance engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and delivery leadership.
- Define the technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and operating model for enterprise Identity Governance & Administration services.
- Lead the architecture, implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certifications, provisioning, role-based controls, and governance policy workflows.
- Guide enterprise migrations from legacy identity governance platforms to SailPoint ISC.
- Establish governance and controls for non-human identities, including service accounts, machine identities, cloud service principals, and bots.
- Expand identity automation through APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Partner with security, architecture, cloud, application, compliance, and business leaders to support application onboarding and regulatory requirements.
