Requirements
- Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture practices.
- Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core 8 or later, including data access with Dapper.
- Experience working with transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Practical experience creating and managing messaging queues using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Experience with distributed caching solutions such as Redis.
- Experience managing releases, GitLab version control, and CI/CD-related engineering practices.
- Strong experience with software quality practices, including unit and integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the definition of technical solutions, evaluating architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and systemic impacts.
- Apply critical and systemic thinking to identify technical risks, technical debt, and architectural opportunities.
- Propose sustainable architectural and engineering solutions that support the long-term evolution of products and systems.
- Act as a technical reference for delivery quality, establishing and promoting best practices across development, testing, code reviews, and observability.
- Establish and maintain high-quality technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, and API contracts.
- Serve as a technical reference during production incidents, leading root-cause analysis and defining preventive actions.
