Requirements
- Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core 8 or later.
- Experience with Dapper for data access.
- Experience with transactional and non-transactional databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Practical experience with messaging queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Experience with Redis for distributed caching.
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.
- Proficiency with GitLab and CI/CD engineering practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Define technical solutions evaluating architecture, security, scalability, and systemic impacts.
- Identify technical risks, debt, and architectural opportunities through systemic thinking.
- Propose sustainable solutions for long-term product evolution.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.
- Lead root-cause analysis during production incidents and implement preventive structural improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary product and business teams in an Agile environment.
