Job Details

Professional experience as a Systems Analyst in requirements gathering, functional/technical specifications, and application support.
Experience with financial or banking systems, preferably credit products or financial journeys.
Experience participating in system implementation projects within multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, particularly Oracle/PL/SQL and SQL Server.
Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture, including API contracts, authentication, and HTTP status codes.
Familiarity with API validation tools such as Postman.
Experience working within Agile methodologies and cross-functional squads.
Degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Analyze, evolve, and support the implementation of financial systems and solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document system requirements, business rules, processes, and data mappings.
Analyze incidents and technical problems to support root-cause identification and system stability.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems and integrations.
Collaborate with Product, Development, Quality, and Infrastructure teams.
Support delivery quality by defining acceptance criteria and performing functional validations.
Validate system integrations, including API contracts and data flows.
Utilize SQL to investigate issues and support data analysis.
Maintain functional and technical documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as refinements, planning, and delivery follow-up.
