Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of related professional experience, ideally involving sales, business development, customer engagement, entertainment, sports, recreation, or league/tournament operations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and turn insights into business growth.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to review revenue information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements simultaneously.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for league visits, meetings, and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with center League Champions, General Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents to develop, retain, and recruit leagues and tournaments.
- Identify opportunities to grow league participation, including available days, acquisition opportunities, competitor disruptions, center closures, and market changes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for league acquisitions and tournament opportunities.
- Develop relationships with league officers, bowlers, tournament organizers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in league officer meetings, department calls, and regional meetings.
- Coordinate with the Leagues Department to implement new strategies, league structures, and growth initiatives.
- Support seasonal outreach initiatives, including Fall, mid-season, and Summer campaigns.
- Visit leagues across the organization to strengthen relationships and support business development.
- Monitor league availability and ensure information accuracy within management systems.
- Review and audit revenue reports, league statements, and tournament accounts to identify discrepancies.
