Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Negotiate offers and guide hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with reporting, vendor agreements, and ad hoc assignments.
