Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in B2B SaaS.
- 4+ years of direct people-management experience developing and scaling teams.
- Proven experience maturing a Product Operations function from mid-stage to enterprise-scale.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate AI technologies into operational workflows.
- Experience managing product knowledge bases, technical documentation, and release communications.
- Hands-on experience with Notion, Pendo, Claude Cowork, Jira, Confluence, and Gong.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative feedback into operational strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes.
- Strategic mindset balancing long-term improvements with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Build, mature, and govern the end-to-end Product Operations operating model.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish frictionless go-to-market readiness processes.
- Oversee Product Knowledge strategy, including documentation and release communications.
- Establish Voice of Customer and Voice of Field feedback systems for product prioritization.
- Standardize the product delivery lifecycle and maintain portfolio-wide roadmap visibility.
- Own and optimize the product technology stack, including AI-driven automation.
- Define and monitor KPIs for product health and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Program Managers and the Product Knowledge team.
