Requirements
- 10+ years of total experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- 4+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success building or maturing a Product Operations function to enterprise scale.
- Proven track record of integrating AI technologies into operational workflows.
- Experience managing product knowledge bases, technical writing, and release communication frameworks.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools including Notion, Pendo, Claude Cowork, Jira, Confluence, and Gong.
- Ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into operational strategies.
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Marketing, Client Success, Sales, and Support to orchestrate frictionless Product Launch and Readiness (GTM) processes.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the Product Knowledge team to ensure accurate internal and external technical communications.
- Establish closed-loop feedback systems to integrate Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Field data into product prioritization.
- Standardize and elevate the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle (PDLC) and maintain cross-team roadmap visibility.
- Optimize the product tech stack including Notion, Pendo, Jira, Confluence, and Gong.
- Implement AI-driven process optimization to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Define and track product health metrics, feature adoption, and operational efficiency KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4 Product Program Managers and the Product Knowledge team.
