Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare, financial, or operational datasets.
  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to clients, senior leaders, or executive stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Access.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare claims, utilization, population health, or employer-sponsored health plans is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Access to cable broadband or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze healthcare cost, utilization, trend, financial, operational, and population health data to identify actionable insights.
  • Conduct complex ad hoc analyses and synthesize large datasets into clear business recommendations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of healthcare programs, clinical initiatives, and engagement solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, benefit optimization, network improvement, and population health advancement.
  • Partner with account teams to develop, validate, and present data-driven client strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, decision-makers, and senior leaders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to improving reporting capabilities, analytical processes, and visualization practices.
