- Strong hands-on sourcing experience.

- Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment from sourcing through placement.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Confidence communicating directly with international hiring managers.
- Ability to engage passive candidates and effectively present opportunities.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with US-based clients and candidates.
- Professional work environment for conducting video interviews.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical and non-technical vacancies from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple vacancies.
- Follow up proactively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and recruitment metrics.
- Match available candidates with relevant openings across clients.
- Identify recruitment challenges and recommend solutions.
