Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally within technology or supply chain/operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across a complex, multi-workstream portfolio.
- Proven track record standing up or scaling PPM tools, governance models, or operating rhythms from the ground up.
- People management experience with a focus on developing teams and maintaining consistent delivery standards.
- Strong business and transformation acumen with the ability to manage up to senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for delivery workflows.
- Preferred: Experience facilitating executive reporting cadences like SteerCo.
- Preferred: Experience leading large enterprise-wide transformations like ERP or WMS implementations.
Responsibilities
- Define the Project, Program & Portfolio Playbook, tooling, and taxonomy infrastructure for Fanatics Technology.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leadership to align portfolio delivery with roadmaps and resolve resource conflicts.
- Manage and coach a team of project and program managers, fostering a culture of accountability and AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate complex multi-workstream data into clear, decision-ready executive narratives and health reports.
- Standardize portfolio reporting by replacing ad hoc tools with a single Golden Record and predictive AI-enabled insights.
- Drive change management and adoption of standard delivery practices across the organization.
- Flex across portfolio workstreams, stepping in to fill gaps or build new standard processes as needed.
