Job Details

8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally within technology or supply chain/operations.
Demonstrated ability to operate across a complex, multi-workstream portfolio.
Proven track record standing up or scaling PPM tools, governance models, or operating rhythms from the ground up.
People management experience with a focus on developing teams and maintaining consistent delivery standards.
Strong business and transformation acumen with the ability to manage up to senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for delivery workflows.
Preferred: Experience facilitating executive reporting cadences like SteerCo.
Preferred: Experience leading large enterprise-wide transformations like ERP or WMS implementations.

Define the Project, Program & Portfolio Playbook, tooling, and taxonomy infrastructure for Fanatics Technology.
Partner with product, engineering, and business leadership to align portfolio delivery with roadmaps and resolve resource conflicts.
Manage and coach a team of project and program managers, fostering a culture of accountability and AI-assisted workflows.
Translate complex multi-workstream data into clear, decision-ready executive narratives and health reports.
Standardize portfolio reporting by replacing ad hoc tools with a single Golden Record and predictive AI-enabled insights.
Drive change management and adoption of standard delivery practices across the organization.
Flex across portfolio workstreams, stepping in to fill gaps or build new standard processes as needed.
