Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
- Experience within the commercial pharmaceutical landscape.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Expertise in consultative selling, value-based discussions, and long sales cycles.
- Experience managing complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Challenge the status quo and help clients rethink commercial performance through data and insights.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover strategic challenges across commercial and field organizations.
- Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite decision makers.
- Expand new business and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Partner with Product and Solutions Architecture teams to co-create value-driven proposals and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.
