Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or cloud product company.
- Proven ownership of a feature or module end-to-end, from problem definition through development, testing, and release.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Comfortable presenting and leading webinars in front of large, US-based audiences.
- Skilled at translating customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working closely with R&D and QA teams on a daily basis.
- Organized, independent, and curious with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with high ownership.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy, roadmap priorities, and customer/business problems into clear product requirements for new and existing modules.
- Define features end-to-end, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specs for R&D and QA.
- Partner daily with R&D and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and field teams to validate solutions and gather feedback.
- Lead customer-facing product marketing content including webinars, training, and release communications.
- Track initiatives, communicate status and risk, and utilize usage data to shape product direction.
