Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of health plan Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars, and/or Risk Adjustment program delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree required (healthcare, information systems, computer science, statistics, or analytics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data, billing, reimbursement, and payer data concepts.
- Ability to adapt communication style for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing or professional services/consulting role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Snowflake and/or SQL experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Inovalon solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent customer Professional Service engagements across the Payer product portfolio.
- Serve as the client-facing point of contact for all Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars, and/or Risk Adjustment activities.
- Understand customer program goals, workflows, and needs to effectively apply Inovalon solutions.
- Manage outstanding issues, risks, and dependencies, engaging internal partners to drive resolutions.
- Develop and maintain industry, regulatory, and solution expertise to provide thought leadership and best-practice guidance.
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales, implementation, and success teams to support retention and expansion.
