Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically to solve print and design problems on the fly.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
- Must reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats with empathy and accuracy.
- Act as primary expert for live contacts to guide customers through the order replacement process.
- Review and vet incoming quality requests to determine root causes.
- Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues and edit designs.
- Record detailed technical data in Salesforce to track print and design trends.
- Document and prepare replacement order requests for the Processing Team.
- Work cross-functionally to transition customers to the Print Quality queue.
