Requirements
- Must live in the state of Oklahoma.
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
- Fluent with technology (EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support).
- Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel covering perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
- Provide ongoing, relationship-based care via virtual consultations.
- Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clinical documentation and meet productivity benchmarks.
