Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.
- Active medical licensure in 20+ states.
- For NPs: Current licensure and residency in a Nurse Compact state.
- Willingness and eligibility to apply for and obtain licensure in additional states.
- Experience in primary care, such as Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care.
- Experience in behavioral health (anxiety and depression treatment), obesity medicine, and women's reproductive services preferred.
- Experience working with electronic medical or health records (EMR/EHR).
- Proficiency with online tools and technology for patient communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to patients in a respectful, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Deliver direct patient care via asynchronous and synchronous telemedicine platforms.
- Evaluate patient medical records and make clinical prescribing decisions.
- Provide medication-related counseling to patients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine tools and operations for care delivery.
- Utilize online tools and technology to foster professional relationships with patients and staff.
