Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA.
- Active DEA license (schedule 3N, 4, 5) or willingness to obtain upon job offer.
- Fully licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
- Ability to provide patient-centered, non-judgmental, and compassionate care.
- Comfort working with diverse, vulnerable, or marginalized populations.
- Proficient in a remote telehealth environment with strong technical skills.
- Willingness to work in a team-based model of care.
- Working knowledge of differential diagnosis of substance use disorders.
- Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for opioid use disorder.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Determine individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Facilitate changes to treatment plans as needed.
- Use motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions to support patient adherence.
- Conduct behavioral health and psych evaluations.
- Monitor treatment response, clinical symptoms, and medication management.
- Provide patient education on OUD and MOUD.
- Document all patient encounters in EHR.
