Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
- Experience soliciting passive candidates or related inside sales experience.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to create and implement effective recruitment sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Access to reliable, high-speed wired internet (satellite and 5G-based connections not accepted).
- Previous experience in healthcare recruiting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles.
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various healthcare positions.
- Interface effectively with business stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and achieve recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
- Maintain records and data within the Applicant Tracking System.
