Requirements
- Experience leading technically complex data, ML, or platform products across multiple teams.
- Proven record of turning data or foundational technology into measurable customer and commercial value.
- Working fluency in data platforms, ML lifecycles, batch/real-time serving, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Fluency in experimentation and measurement techniques like A/B testing and incrementality.
- Strong discovery and shaping skills with technical users and business stakeholders.
- Ability to align executives and cross-functional teams to make clear tradeoffs and commit to shared direction.
- Entrepreneurial judgment with an understanding of scale, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment and contributing to team growth.
- Availability during U.S. core business hours.
- Willingness to travel for company meetings.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate a coherent strategy for Kard’s data and platform capabilities, turning company direction into focused bets.
- Lead collaborative shaping with engineering, data, and business partners through Kard’s Shape Up process.
- Turn transaction data, ML, and platform capabilities into products including targeting, marketer insights, and new applications.
- Advance the intelligence behind Kard’s offer platform, including personalization, merchant understanding, and lift measurement.
- Define reusable capabilities for offer decisioning, delivery, and partner integrations.
- Treat data and developer platforms as products by reducing friction and measuring business impact and reliability.
