Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience in technical leadership and people management.
- Experience managing and developing teams of senior engineers and technical leads.
- Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex products or projects end to end across multiple technical areas.
- Strong track record of working with cross-functional partners and influencing strategy in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching, and managing technical teams, including performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders.
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to define strategy and drive roadmap creation and execution.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across mobile, backend, and web systems.
- Participate in technical design and drive engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and empower technical leaders, creating clear ownership and increasing the team's overall leverage.
- Measure team impact, set clear expectations and goals, and partner with leadership on staffing and organizational priorities.
