Requirements
- 5+ years of 3D design experience with a portfolio showing range across character, environment, and object design.
- Strong command of Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
- Experience with a rendering engine such as Octane or Redshift.
- Comfort and proven ability to integrate AI tools into a creative pipeline.
- Demonstrated fluency in sports, streetwear, or hip-hop culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-conviction team environment.
- Experience with real-time engines like Unreal or Unity is a bonus.
- Experience with procedural tools like Houdini is a bonus.
- Motion or animation background is a bonus.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading design talent is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build 3D characters, environments, and objects for brand campaigns, product moments, and cultural activations.
- Translate 2D concepts and mood boards into fully realized 3D executions.
- Own the render quality bar—lighting, materials, composition—from first pass to final delivery.
- Integrate AI image generation workflows into the 3D pipeline to speed up ideation and exploration.
- Lead the 3D discipline by defining how work is briefed, reviewed, and shipped across the organization.
- Maintain clean, reusable asset libraries, rigs, and templates to enable fast, efficient production.
- Partner with Art Directors to align 3D output with broader creative strategy.
