Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- 1+ years of IT industry experience preferred.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building professional business relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, products, and processes.
- Strong problem-solving ability and exercise of sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Research and quote sales opportunities for hardware, software, and services to maximize profit margins.
- Support run-rate business including quoting, ordering, open order management, and post-order support.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for Bill of Materials (BOM) design and validation.
- Assist with deal registration and negotiation of pricing.
- Uplift sales opportunities with warranties, service offerings, and accessories.
- Maintain CRM entries including opportunities, engineering requests, and contract requests.
- Manage customer orders ensuring successful delivery and utilization of customer portals for proposal and shipping tracking.
