Responsibilities
- Own the evaluation journey end to end, from first touch through first credential exchange to a production decision.
- Set the evaluation milestones and metrics that product, engineering, and go-to-market all report against.
- Own the developer experience an evaluation runs on, including SDK quickstarts, CLI onboarding, console setup, docs, and template repos.
- Drive time-to-first-credential-exchange down and advocate for developer ergonomics in API and CLI design.
- Turn manual field engineering processes into self-guided paths like reference architectures and in-product guidance.
- Run experiments to optimize the evaluation process and iterate based on data.
- Collaborate with DevRel, marketing, and sales to balance self-guided paths with human-led support.
