Requirements
- 8–12 years of product management experience, including 4+ years focused on growth, product-led growth, or monetization.
- Proven experience owning a growth loop or portfolio at scale with direct P&L or revenue accountability.
- Demonstrated history of presenting growth strategies and funnel performance to executive leadership.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and calibrating product management talent.
- Strong full-funnel expertise across activation, retention, conversion, and expansion.
- Deep understanding of portfolio/channel economics and unit economics.
- Advanced experimentation skills including A/B, multivariate, and cohort-based testing.
- Strong SQL capabilities with experience working in data warehouses like Snowflake.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing, freemium models, and PQL frameworks.
- Hands-on product building experience with engineers and designers.
- Understanding of AI-driven discovery, LLM-first experiences, and modern distribution channels.
- Strong B2B SaaS industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio-level growth surface end-to-end, defining entry points, activation milestones, monetization moments, and lifecycle communication.
- Develop and maintain a multi-quarter growth thesis, allocating resources based on unit economics and business potential.
- Establish a rigorous experimentation operating rhythm, defining hypotheses, metrics, and success thresholds.
- Use quantitative analysis to diagnose funnel performance, identify conversion gaps, and translate insights into improvements.
- Shape monetization mechanics including freemium, credit economics, upgrade triggers, and PQL signals.
- Build self-serve journeys balancing user experience with long-term customer value.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute growth initiatives.
- Communicate product narratives and recommendations to senior executives to influence prioritization.
- Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards covering revenue, retention, and funnel outcomes.
- Mentor and coach senior product managers while creating standards for the broader product organization.
