Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration or developer experience.
- 1+ years of experience with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian).
- 1+ years of experience writing process documents and creating flowcharts.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
- Knowledge of sales cycles and related business processes.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Ability to create and maintain project roadmaps.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Manage project expectations, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing progress reports and requirements documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and execution.
