Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering complex production applications.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Angular, or React/Vue with a track record of rapid ramping.
- Proven experience writing testable code and building comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E test suites (e.g., Cypress, Jest).
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or automated coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for enterprise SaaS applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team onsites and company events.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship modular, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Angular, and modern front-end tools.
- Champion automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers using tools like Cypress.
- Leverage modern AI tools and automated developer workflows to accelerate feature delivery and optimize code.
- Monitor and tune web performance metrics and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards using Datadog.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate squad coding standards.
- Partner with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile environment.
