Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client or customer support.
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment is ideal.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, accurate, and efficient in task completion.
- Ability to be flexible, agile, and pivot quickly.
- Strong drive for improving processes and communications.
- Veterinary technician or animal healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point-of-contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues for hospitals, vets, and technicians.
- Coordinate escalated issues with regional business development and account management teams.
- Facilitate and manage call-outs using existing processes.
- Document user scenarios and share key learnings with the team.
- Maintain HubSpot to ensure all client communications and support tickets are documented.
- Coordinate with finance and data teams on shift and payment reconciliation.
