Requirements
- 5+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS/Tech.
- Strong track record as an individual contributor selling into mid-sized businesses.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proven success managing 30–90 day sales cycles.
- Solid understanding of the French IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity landscape.
- Experience with cloud security, network performance, Zero Trust, SASE, and modern web architecture.
- Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM hygiene, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to drive accurate quarterly forecasting and pipeline generation.
- Hands-on leadership style for coaching early-to-mid career account executives.
Responsibilities
- Build, recruit, and coach the France Mid-Market Sales Team.
- Directly lead Mid-Market Account Executives while aligning cross-functional support.
- Drive sales growth through operational rigor and pipeline management.
- Implement sales methodologies like MEDDPICC for forecasting and account expansion.
- Execute regional go-to-market strategies tailored to the French mid-market segment.
- Act as a player-coach to help close strategic deals and resolve roadblocks.
