Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in public cloud environments, including Kubernetes, VPC, and Cloud Run.
- Expertise in infrastructure management and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and SaltStack.
- 5 years of experience leading SDLC, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and supporting enterprise applications.
- 5 years of experience with Linux system internals, containerization, building autonomous task workflows, and establishing security guardrails.
- 2 years of experience coding in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging ecosystems (e.g., GCP Monitoring, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK).
- Ability to diagnose complex system-level issues.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, reliable systems and applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards by developing and maintaining configurations with Terraform.
- Serve as a Cloud Architect for cross-functional engineering teams, supporting enterprise applications such as Netcracker, Alepo, and Axiros.
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and automation.
- Lead incident management, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and participate in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and prioritize resource rightsizing.
- Build and maintain internal developer platforms and tools that enhance engineering productivity.
