Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in social media marketing, with demonstrated ownership of social programs and measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to create engaging messaging across multiple social formats.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating across creative, marketing, analytics, sales, legal, and external agency teams.
- Experience scaling an influencer marketing program from the ground up is a plus.
- Experience working in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance review processes for creative and marketing copy is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the social media strategy and roadmap across major platforms, aligning activity with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgets, creative performance, A/B testing, and incrementality testing.
- Manage the organic social content calendar and create compelling written, visual, and video content that strengthens brand engagement.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing programs, including identifying, recruiting, negotiating with, and managing influencer relationships.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and communicate results and opportunities to leadership.
- Manage community engagement and brand conversations, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice across social channels.
- Identify emerging social platforms, content formats, trends, and technologies that could create opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal content, sales, legal, and analytics teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
- Ensure social messaging, creative, and campaigns align with broader marketing priorities and applicable regulatory or compliance requirements.
