Requirements
- Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
- Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a call center or similar structured work environment
- 6+ months of consultative sales experience
- 19-inch (or larger) monitor with VGA or HDMI port and cable
- USB-wired mouse and optional USB-wired keyboard
- Reliable hardwired internet (minimum 25mbps download / 10mbps upload)
- Private, distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to sit for extended periods while maintaining focus
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers to explore health plan options
- Complete thorough needs analyses using active listening
- Recommend appropriate Medicare plans based on assessed needs
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
- Multitask across multiple software platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain professionalism while working in a remote environment
